Inside the app

Built for the gym. Designed to look the part.

Workouts, weight logging, and nutrition in one dark, focused app — now in Android beta.

Training programs

Training programs

How to start

You do not need the videos to train. Get the app, pick a program, and log your sessions — form demos will land here and in the app when they are ready.

01

Get the app

Android users can install the beta from this site. On iPhone, join the waitlist and we will tell you when TestFlight is ready.

02

Pick a program

Choose Full Body, Push / Pull / Legs, Upper / Lower, or Body Part Focus — then Beginner or Advanced. The app sets sessions, sets, and reps for you.

03

Train and log

Follow the day's exercises, log weight, and use the rest timer. Your last weights come back the next time you hit that movement. Exercise demo videos will drop in later.

Everything you need to stay consistent

A training experience that's both fun and results-driven — built for real gym sessions, not generic templates.

Programs for beginner & advanced

Four training styles with level-specific sets and reps — structured so you always know what to do next.

6-week program blocks

Each routine runs in clear weekly blocks. Start at Week 1 and work through Week 6 at your pace.

Weight & set logging

Log every set with weight, see your last session pre-filled, and follow built-in rest timers.

Workout history

Finished sessions save to your phone with duration, exercises, and weights logged.

Nutrition tracking

Manually log meals with calories and protein — daily totals against your targets in one app.

Rest-day guidance

Full Body plans show rest days between sessions so beginners don't overcook recovery.

Last-session weights

When you repeat an exercise, your last logged weights are waiting so you can beat them or stay consistent.

Multiple proven training styles

Same programs as in the app — so you can choose a split here, then download and start Week 1.

Best if you can train 3–4 days and want a balanced week.

Questions

Send friends this page. The answers below cover install, iPhone, videos, and data.

Can I use Full Body Aesthetics now?

Yes on Android. Open the beta page on your phone, download the APK, and install it. iPhone support comes later — join the waitlist and we will email you.

Is it free?

The Android beta is free while we test with real gym sessions. Paid monthly plans will arrive with public launch, and beta testers will get plenty of notice plus a free trial window.

When will exercise videos be in the app?

We are filming form demos for YouTube first, then linking them into each exercise. Join the waitlist if you want a note when the first videos go up. Until then the programs, logging, and rest timers work without them.

Which program should I pick?

New to the gym or short on days? Start with Full Body Beginner (3 sessions a week, rest day between). If you already train and want a classic split, try Push / Pull / Legs or Upper / Lower. Body Part Focus is for dedicated muscle-group days.

Where is my data stored?

Workouts, meals, and settings stay on your phone during the beta. There are no accounts or cloud sync yet, so uninstalling the app removes that local data.

How do I share it with a friend?

Send them fullbodyaesthetics.com. Android users can follow the install steps on the beta page. iPhone users should join the waitlist on this site.

Do you sell protein bars and gym kit?

Yes — the Shop page lists protein bars, whey, creatine, and training gear we recommend. You check out on Amazon UK so we do not store or ship food or equipment. Photos are lifestyle shots, not the exact branded packaging.

Will this work on iPhone?

Not yet. We are focused on Android until an Apple developer account is in place. The waitlist is the list we will use for iOS news.
