Full Body Aesthetics is run by Richard. It started as a training app: structured gym programmes so you can train the way you want without losing the goal of a strong, balanced, aesthetic physique — not a mass-monster look, and not a med-spa pitch.

The Android app is in beta. This website is the home for that app, a small shop of kit we actually point people to, and a few straight guides on protein and training. Nutrition here is support for the work in the gym. It is not the product.

What we write about

Full-body training, splits that still serve an aesthetic goal, and the boring useful supplements: whey and creatine. We compare options fairly. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is often our default “trust” tub. A sale-priced everyday whey can make more sense if you will actually finish it. We say so.

What this is not

This is not medical advice. Supplements support training; they do not replace food, sleep, or a coach. We are not an official Optimum Nutrition, MyProtein, or Amazon store. If you buy through a link, the retailer handles the order.

Email hello@fullbodyaesthetics.com — or use the contact page. The homepage is still the app. Guides are the written notes.
